Under normal circumstances, goods will be shipped within 48 hours of your order placement, and delivery to Europe and the United States typically takes 4-7 days. Pre-orders and out-of-stock items will be shipped within 2 days of their actual arrival time. For wholesale and customized products, you will receive a detailed shipping report based on your order quantity, production time, and chosen shipping method after you place your order. We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of the date of receipt. If the return is due to the consumer's own fault, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose. If the received goods are damaged or defective due to our fault, the consumer will not need to pay for shipping. There are no handling fees for returns. Please see our return policy for details.

Once you place an order with us, we will send you a confirmation sample for inspection before mass production. If confirmed, our professional QC team will take the sample to the factory and our suppliers for rigorous quality control of materials, material properties, environmental friendliness, processes, and all packaging details, ensuring everything meets your requirements. We will also take photos or videos throughout the production process so you can see the production details of your order at any time.
