    1.About the order process
    we make that place the order from us is as secure and simple as possible. You could make order from our web site online.
    At first, Please add all the products you want into the shopping cart and then follow the instructions to complete the order form and submit, getting your order number. ( Please record this order number for further inquiries ).
    And then ,After you place the order, we will check soon and then send the invoice include the shipping cost to you within 24 hours.( If There are not any email from us within 24 hours since you get the order number, there must be some problem incurred during the process of submitting your order. Please get in touch with us soon, thank you.) 
    Third, after you receive the invoice ,please pay soon and tell us the information .So that we could check your pay, and send the parcel to you in time, and then we will tell you the tracking number, so you could check online.

    2. What should I do when fail to place order ?
    A. Use other browsers. There’re many browsers you can use, such as IE, Firefox, Google chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.
    B. If it still doesn’t work, you can copy the goods list including item number, size and color; send us by email together with your username on our site, and also your full shipping address. We’ll place the order for you and then let you know.

    3. Can you separate my order to several packages in order to avoid tax in custom?
    Usually we send only one package for one order unless it’s too large to be put into one box, but also only one tracking number. If you want us to send two or more packages, please write down the request in the Notice when you submit the order. But more packages, more shipping cost need pay, you know.

    4. Can I confirm stock status with you before payment?
    Yes, after you place the order, we’ll check and inform you which items are out of stock, and then send the invoice to you. But as you know, our stock status is changing every hour, so we can’t promise that the items will be still in stock when we prepare your order.

    5. What will happen if there are out-of-stock items in my order after payment?
    So as not to delay your order, we'll send out the ready items on time and then recalculate the item prices and shipping fee. All excess payment would be credited to your next order. If you want, we can also refund to your PayPal account.

    6. Why my cart is empty when I open it again next day?
    Because our system stores the cart in the cache of the browser, so once the cache has been cleared, the cart will be empty.

    1).What is the price ? 

    Different materials different price ,it also depends on your order quantities.Big quantities could get a discount for sure.

    2).What is the MOQ?

    Normally it's 1000pairs per color per size rang per style.However ,you could join our available order suppose you would like to place order on the same style as well.Then the MOQ could be less than 1000pairs.

    3).What's the sampling time? 

    It needs around 7-14days .

    4)What's the production lead time ? 

    It takes around 25-30days ,however it needs 35-45days during the peak production period.Will re- confirm before signing the contract.

    5)What's the packing ? 

    We could do any packing based on client's requirement .

    6)Have your past any audit?

    Our factories have past either Wal-Mart,or K-Mart ,Auchan,Tesco,ALDI,Rossmann,Carrefour ,BSCI,Disney ,JC-Penny and so on .We would choose a suitable factory to carry on your order.What u need to do is only to place order ,we would follow up with every details closely and make sure our price would meet with your target ,and then be resposible for its quality & Delivery.

    7) Can your supply us a testing report ? 

    We would use the ECO-Friendly materials for production if needed, which could be past the requested testing standard.

    8)Can u open a new sole mould for us ? 

    The mould charge would be on our account supposed your order quantities reach to 50,000pairs per size run in 1year.Otherwise ,we need you to bear the mould charge accordingly based on your order quantities.

    9)How can you control the quality for us ? 

    Before the mass production, we will send you the pre-production sample to check and confirm. Then we will send your confirm sample to the factory and our professional QC also will check the materials, the semi-finish product and the finish products on line.Before the shipment, we will send you the production sample with final packing for your checking. And it will be welcome if your side QC can inspect the goods by yourself.

    10)What is your payment term?

    For samples, we can accept West Union, T/T,L/C and paypal.For orders, we do 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.

    11)How can i estimate the cost including the freight ?

    We can check the freight if you tell me your destination port or address,we can send you the shoes by ship, airplane,DHL,FEDEX,UPS,EMS,CHINA POST and so on, so you can estimate your cost before place a order.

    Full Refunds
